My daughter says that I work almost too much...maybe.
I’m a marketing operations and lifecycle strategist who enjoys the messy middle: the part where good ideas need structure, leads need follow-up, campaigns need logic, and the tools need to play nice together.
I used to chase campaigns, trying to prove the magic of marketing. I've learned it's just hypotheses, speed, brutal honesty, and relentless refinement.
I Enjoy Connecting The Dots
Most marketing problems are not just marketing problems. Sometimes the message is unclear. Sometimes the system is broken. Sometimes the follow-up doesn't connect. Sometimes the business is asking one campaign to do the job of the entire customer journey. I like identifying the missing dots and the process of connecting them.
Growth Strategist
I start with real questions. Who's the customer. What problem are they solving. Where's trust being lost. How do you move someone from interest to action.
Lifecycle Builder
Growth isn't a single campaign. It's the experience people have over time. I design lifecycle journeys, messaging flows, and engagement systems that help move people from interest to action.
messaging
I try to turn complicated ideas into clear language people actually understand. Just honest communication that connects and moves people to action.
Systems Builder
I identify the gaps and build systems that improve how marketing and operations work together. I'm comfortable working across CRM platforms, automation tools, reporting systems, and web infrastructure.
Problem Solver
I care less about isolated tactics and more about how everything works together over time. What scales. What creates lasting value.
Product Thinker
I'm exploring how to use AI and technology in ways that genuinely help people. Building tools that improve workflows, experiences, and actual life.
Momma They Done Gave Me a Title: Senior Marketing Operations & Automation Manager
At The Child Care Success Company, I lead growth marketing work focused on lifecycle systems, CRM architecture, and making sure everything connects. It's not just running campaigns, the work is part strategy, part automation, part detective work, and part “this tag name is going to confuse everyone in three months, let’s fix that."
What I'm Building
- Behavioral and signal-based segmentation workflows aligned with prospect engagement and sales readiness
- Lifecycle campaigns around webinars, events, and promotions to improve engagement and conversion timing
- Centralized CRM and reporting systems in Keap and Airtable for pipeline visibility and lifecycle tracking
- AI-assisted workflows integrated into campaign development to improve speed, consistency, and scalability
- Standardized qualification criteria and scoring logic across marketing-to-sales handoff
Independent Projects
Beyond the day job, I work on a few things that grew out of problems I kept seeing. These projects let me explore ideas and solve challenges in different ways.
SEEN
A system to help local businesses turn customer experiences into reviews.
The problem: Reviews aren't easy to ask for or do. SEEN removes review friction. Customers scan a QR code to complete a feedback survey, an AI-assisted review is created from responses and is ready to be pasted as a Google review.
Visit SEEN →Moment
A spiritually guided reflection app that responds to what people are feeling with personalized encouragement, scripture, and prayer.
The purpose: Whether someone feels overwhelmed, grateful, uncertain, discouraged, hopeful, or simply needs a moment to pause, Moment creates space for reflection and spiritual encouragement in real time.

Systems First
I look for what doesn't work and why. Strong systems scale. Fragmented processes create friction. I'd rather build something durable than continuously patch inefficiencies.
Practical Over Perfect
I value what actually works. Results matter more than theory. Sometimes the answer is boring. That's fine with me.
Human-Centered
Even with automation and technology, there's a real person involved. I think about their experience first. Systems should serve people, not the other way around.
Builder Mentality
I like making things. I create, test, learn, refine, and move forward. Perfect is the enemy of good. Momentum matters.
Long-Term Thinking
I think in assets, lasting value, and durable systems. Quick wins are fine, but I'm more interested in what compounds over time.
Responsible Execution
I value thoughtful execution, long-term thinking, and work that creates meaningful outcomes. That perspective shapes how I prioritize, build systems, and approach growth.
Let's Work Together
If you're building something interesting and need someone who thinks strategically and executes practically, I'd be interested in talking about it.
